Enhancement request: watermarking across complete images as well as tiles #218

The watermark facility allows a watermark to be applied (via various parameters) to images streamed as tiles.

However, when an image (including a detail) is requested as single image, trhough the CVT code path, no watermark is applied.

In some applications it would be useful to be sure than a watermark would be applied consistently however an image is returned.

(This is a disingenuous request, I'm planning to submit a patch as a pull request.)
