error on sync

hi there, I was hoping to use your utility to keep my onetab synced across devices, however I get the following error when I attempt to run onetab-sync sync or onetab-sync upload.

When the error is shown, the database may be locked by the browser. Please close your browser prosess before executing onetab-sync command.
