[Feature Request]: Integration with Autogen

Feature Description

Autogen's agentic library implements "human-in-the-loop" and "group chat" agentic applications very well. Its group chat feature also allows for users to specify which agentic interactions in the group are allowed and not allowed.

Reason

I love LlamaIndex's integration with CrewAI! There are some things that Autogen does much better (especially allowing for granular control by users and human-in-the-loop agentic systems) which is why I'm requesting it.

Value of Feature

Autogen's group chat will be supercharged leveraging on LlamaIndex's superior retrieval capabilities.
