Docker image #1

Hi, I am trying to reach the guy that made the docker image. In the meanwhile, you could use the docker image for bipspi v1, that have all the dependencies installed https://hub.docker.com/r/bioinsilico/bipspi/. If I remember correctly you can ssh to the container and there, you should be able to install the newer version with conda, as all non-python dependencies are the same. Let me know if you can use it. |

Dear all,
Thank you for this nice tool.
I want to run it locally by git repository, but it seems to have trouble running. ( The problem seems to be with PSAIA, which relies on a 32-bit library, but it creates conflicts on our server. )
I want to use the docker image, but that page seems to be blank.
Can you provide a Docker image about BIPSPI Plus ?
