Russell's Levitating Social Sharing Buttons adds social sharing buttons to any WordPress website. It supports Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Whatsapp (for mobile browsers only).
You can choose when, where and how the buttons appear on your site.
This plugin works with the following post types:
- Posts
- Pages
- Custom Post Types (public)
This plugin supports the following placements:
- After the post title
- After the post content
- After the featured image (if is set)
- Floating on the left side of the screen
- Anywhere inside of the post content using a shortcode
Note that not all themes display the featured image, and the option to display after the featured image may or may not work with every theme.
You can set a custom order for the buttons if you prefer.
The buttons can be displayed in three sizes:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
They can also use the following color modes:
- Default - use the branded colors for the text and outline of each button (e.g. Facebook's blue, Google's Orange, etc.)
- Inverted - use the branded colors for the background color of each button (e.g. Facebook's blue, Google's Orange, etc.)
- Custom - use your own colors. You can specify the background and text color for all of the buttons.
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
