Unable to read configuration file! Did you create the config.yml file?

Hello,
I have built a docker image , all env variables are set - I have previous deployment working, after updating image to the one that i just made, it claims that can not read the config file. I dont know how to debug this - no details what is exactly wrong.
The image is made of main branch todays state.
