Wiki.js (docker) can't connect to Postgres (docker) after power outage

Hello,

Have a Wiki.js 2.5.287 installed as a docker container (following these instructions from a year or so ago) on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS. Was running fine until a power outage today. After the machine was up again, the wiki would not connect to the Postgres:11 database with the following error message:

"Knex: Timeout acquiring a connection. The pool is probably full. Are you missing a .transacting(trx) call?"

Saw this error in a couple of other threads here, but not sure what it means exactly.
Tried removing and re-creating the wiki and db containers to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.
