[email protected]: dependencies are not resolved with Mend Renovate hosted on Github Actions, while it works for [email protected]: dependencies.

Note: at first I came here to report an issue for changelog fetching with such dependencies on our self hosting Renovate on self hosted Gitlab, but it turns out the behavior is worse with Mend Renovate hosted on Github Actions.

Seems both dependencies are classified as git-tags datasource. Renovate runs git ls-remote [email protected]:nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/docker_management.git and gets an error "Host key verification failed".

Oh, missed that when scrolling the logs. That does not happen with our self hosted setup of Renovate.

Can you provide the equivalent logs from your self-hosted?

git ls-remote is not traced there, I suppose because everything works fine in that case.

The issue we're facing on self hosted is that sourceUrl is not resolved, so changelogs are missing from Gitlab merge requests for such dependencies:
