[DMP Review] Closed tasks should be visually different (eg. moved to a closed tab) from open tasks on projects detail view

Rationale / Begründung

Add a tab "closed" for closed tasks to the my projects view tasks section

When closing a task, it is still visible in the task table on the projects detail view. Instead closed tasks should be moved to another tab "closed" in the tasks section.

Open tasks should be viewed in default, in an "open" tab.
