Changes of Catalog in a project

If the questionnaire is changed for an active project, the stored information is presented with the new questionnaire

• in snapshots
• in xml exports
  If one wants to preserve both together, this should be offered as an option (e.g.: as a complete export)

This is a bit more tricky to archive, if the old catalog is still there, the user could just switch back. If we want to store the information about the actual question answered, we would need to store it in the Value or have even a bigger change in the RDMO data model.

If just the whole catalog should be added to the export for long-time archival purposes, its relatively simple.
