[Request] Don't do trash update if there are changes in vendor directory

Scenario:
When doing feature development, it's easier to make changes to the dependency library in the vendor folder.

Problem:
If trash is run with all these changes in the vendor folder, these changes will get overwritten.

Request:
If there are changes to a particular library in the vendor folder, throw an error/warning and don't update this particular directory and continue with the rest.
