Version: v0.3.1
Step to reproduce:

  1. rio install
  2. The following message will be shown:
Defaulting cluster CIDR to 10.43.0.1/16
Deploying Rio control plane....
rio controller version v0.3.2-rc1 (a6eeebe4) installed into namespace rio-system
Detecting if clusterDomain is accessible...
Warning: ClusterDomain is not accessible. Error: Get https://rbar7f.on-rio.io:9080: dial tcp: lookup rbar7f.on-rio.io on 10.20.0.1:53: no such host
Controller logs are available from `rio systemlogs`

Welcome to Rio!

Run `rio run https://github.com/rancher/rio-demo` as an example
