MacOS Sierraで発生。
brew install heroku/brew/herokuがXCodeのバージョン不足により失敗する。
回避策としては
https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/heroku-cli#download-and-install
からインストーラをダウンロードして実行するとインストールできる。
