Allow STAC.jl types as metadata? #374

I have not fully thought it through, but I am wondering, whether it would make sense to use the STAC types as metadata for Raster and RasterStack.

Or maybe it would make more sense to have a metadata interface which would be adhered by the STAC.jl types and the DimensionalData Metadata types.

I guess it will depend on the details of the STAC metadata?

We are also working on a raster interface over at JuliaGeo
