Load data cubes

The file structure is pretty simple, and can be loaded as a series of stacks or series of arrays if only one layer was required.

There is already ESDL.jl, but it should be pretty easy to add here using the netcdf tools we already have. Loading a series with the .cube file could set up everything ready for use. write to .cube should also be fairly easy to do from a GeoSeries.
