It would be nice to have a theme (or equivalent) to format the graph in the style of the DAGs in Causality (the book). Examples below.

I think rather than implementing a specific function to do this, I am going to add it to a vignette to demonstrate making custom DAGS in #104

But I'll continue thinking on if creating different styles of DAGs is worth supporting. For this particular case, it may be that latex backend support (#105) is the way
