Related to the discussion in #112 re: curvature control

Make it easier to curve edges by having a curved variable (optional), which can be manually specified or in dagify, e.g.
dagify(y ~ z + curved(c), x ~ c, coords = time_ordered_coords()). This variable would be respected by the geoms if it exists
