When we allow on-disk cache to be reused across BKS restarts, we have following issues in space accounting:
Available space doesnt consider the space occupied by cached files. It only considers available space
FileMetadata when created first time in this mode should have the right currentFileSize. Instead of 0 it should be calculated via the information from mdfile
We should also add a note in the documentation that Rubix does not work well with filesystems that do not support sparse files.
