Add the pyrsia build version number and the git-sha of the commit that was deployed on cloud to the /status url

The /status endpoint should return the git repo, branch and commit used to create the docker image. The git info needs to be passed in from the GH action to the docker build and exposed as environment variables. The rust /status code needs to look for the env vars and add the data to the json being returned by /status
