[Feature Request] "Reviewed" count based on differnet stage

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In our current review process, we will not take stage 1 reviews into account in the proposal is updated in the modification stage. It seems our Reviewed count is the count of all reviews which can not reflect the reviews we still need.

e.g., If we have a proposal A which is updated in the modification stage with 10 stage-1 reviews and 3 stage-2 reviews. Only the stage-2 reviews will be used.

Show the count of stage 2 reviews if the proposal is updated in the modification stage
