[Feature Request] Voting option of talk proposal preference for users

EuroPython welcomes attendees to vote for their favorite talk proposals as a reference of proposal review.

Any registered attendee of EuroPython 2021 with a paid ticket, as well as attendees of one of the past EuroPython conferences (going back to 2015) can vote.

We may love the mechanism as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We used social media voting before. Maybe we could open the feature for talk submitter first with their account of PyCon TW official web site.
