Compile a list of new projects based on the organisations namespaces

A simple way to discover new projects of the last year is by automatically scanning the relevant namespaces of this ecosystem for projects that have been active in the last year. This list can than be compared with the projects already on OpenSustain.tech.

@andrew It would be very helpful if you would take a closer look at this. Maybe you can get more metadata about the organizations that we can use for the qualitative analysis. Organizations that have grown very strongly in the last year could also be interesting here. Problematic are namespaces such as Google or those of other large software corporations. Maybe they have to be excluded from this form of analysis.

In the next days follows the delta to the dataset from the last report to identify the projects and organisations added in the last year.
