Add pre-existing Shark topics

Shark has a number of topics already implemented. These should be added to the protocol here to provide an all-encompassing reference, and to provide better detail for each one than is currently present in that wiki.

Note that these are all publications, rather than RPCs, so there may need to be some additional formatting changes to support them.
