Notes from discussion earlier:
For step 1-8, use known mandatory endpoints, clusters and attributes. Suggest Endpoint 0 (root node), descriptor cluster, any mandatory attribute
For steps 9-18, that info should be available in the generated code, but will need class introspection (can talk more about how to do that when you get there)
For steps 20-22,model after IDM-1.2
will discuss the remaining as we get there

For cecille probably: consider removing step 19, step 23 (no write only attributes, MEI write-only are handed in the access test), step 24 (handled in access control test for ALL attributes)
