We could use https://github.com/google/web-serial-polyfill for platforms such as Android which support the WebUSB API but do not support the Web Serial API.

Each time I try to use it on my samsung phone or my desktop using pollyfill I get this error
<ERROR: Error setting up device: NetworkError: Failed to execute 'claimInterface' on 'USBDevice': Unable to claim interface.>
