algolia search topnav is gone in v0.21 #404

What's incorrect or missing

The algolia search bar disappeared in v0.21 cut of the docs.

What's the resolution?

It to come back.

What I tried

Not an indexing problem (https://0-20-0.docs.pomerium.com/docs still works)
Not an envar problem (tested locally to make sure)

Update docusaurus to 2.3.1 #403 didn't help

Was a typo that got fixed, the envar ALGOALIA was changed to be correct. Breaking this.
