Please provide a summary of the enhancement you are proposing:

We may provide Vault as an alternative to Sealed-Secrets, where the user can specify which systemm they want to use in cndi_config.

Please provide the motivation or use case for this enhancement:

Users may prefer to use vault because it is popular and widely understood
