GetUIDError & Some ideas

Hello,

I run an ACR122U-A9 on my Ubuntu desktop.
The
pcsc_scan
works and reads my Tags.

Now I need a background service which fires a event if a Tag is available. The UID from Tag should be printed to the console, where another applications can do anything.

First question, is this possible with this? And how?
Second, I run it already and can start with:
npm run example
It writes... info: device attached
But on a Tag it writes: error: an error occured GetUIDError: could not get card UID
