No possibility to generate equipment

Hello community, I find myself with an inexplicable problem on the order plugin.

I followed all the documentation available, despite everything, I never manage to generate my equipment once the order has been validated.

Once I have created my order, I validate it, then I receive my equipment.

Then a tab appears on the command called "associated item", I can clearly see my validated equipment, but there is no box that allows me to select them in order to create them with the action button (which also does not is not present).

I hope I was clear enough, has this ever happened to you? Did I miss a step?
