association ticket et commandes

1 - Après avoir longuement cherché je n'ai pas trouvé comment associer une commande à un ticket.

2 - Je voudrais utiliser le plugin forms pour générer une commande automatiquement sans passer par un ticket est -ce possible ?

Hi,

1. To be able to associate an order to a ticket, you must satify following requirements:

• The Associable to a ticket : must be set to yes in the order.
• The Order item type must be added to the Associable items to a ticket for the profile used by user. This can be defined in the Association section of Assistance tab inside the profile administration page.
• The profile used by user must have rights to link orders to a ticket. This can be defined in the Orders tab inside the profile administration page.

Point 3 seems redundent with point 2 but is mandatory. I need to check why it has been made like this and if it is really needed.

2. For now, it is not possible to create an order from a form build with FormCreator. I do not know how this plugin works, so I cannot tell you if it is possible to add this feature.

To generate an order from Formcreator I need to create a new target. Currently we have targetticket and targetchange. These classes are the bridge between Formcreator and the object to generate.

This is IMO 100% possible

I'm still not able to associate a commande to a ticket. Im in version 9.4.2 of GLPI and 2.5.2 of order plugin. Do you have any knew about this plugin ? Thank you very much.
