Feature Request:

Helm Chart Creation for Deploying the Service on Kubernetes

Acceptance Criteria:

Ensure Helm chart validity.
Enable users to configure the service through a config map.
Successfully deploy the service and ensure event forwarding.
Conduct testing on Kubernetes.
