Introduce utm_source=dynamic

"would it be possible to accommodate utm_source=dynamic? It’s literally the only thing I really miss from GA

Instead of showing the source as “dynamic” in GA, it replaces the word “dynamic” with the domain name from the referring website. So if end users share the campaign link across different networks, it will dynamically change the reported source."
