Suggestion: add hbase scripts to release assets

Release

Add the hbase-create-snappy.hbase (use snappy compression) and hbase-create.hbase scripts as release assets for the future releases. This would be more user-friendly for the new users.

Currently, the users have to fetch the hbase scripts from the source code (hbase/scripts/xxx.hbase) at git tag <release_tag>. They should be available at release page.
