Hello, I installed the Candle software more or less sucessfully. I can access the plotter (CNC Router 3018-Pro) with the software and it's also possible to run a file in the software to cut something out. But the visualisation doesn't work. You can see the windows/background picture through and you can't do anything in it. The heightmap is also deactivated. (I'd like to show you a picture of how it looks, but somehow I also can't insert an image here in the forum)

Hi,
which model raspi are you using and which version of the operating system?

It's the raspberry pi 4 and the version 2023-12-05-raspios-bookworm-arm64-full
