The merge command needs implementation.

@cmungall should the merge command be more sophisticated than just concatenating lists? For example, check if items in merging lists have the same ID, then put into the resulting list only one copy but merge that item's fields?

A very dumb version of this works now, but it just combines all the lists.

A more comprehensive merge is implemented now (items in lists with same ID are merged). Should get some testing though.
