[RoleUtils] Dropdown Roles + Buttons

It would be nice to see if there was the ability to add dropdown roles, or the use of buttons.

Red's underlying library, discord.py, is on 1.7.3 which does not support interactions (IE: slash, buttons, or dropdowns) at this time. I'm sure Phen will explore options once this is the case, but at this time, it's not possible.

Is this not possible at all? Discord.py also doesn't support slash commands or role icons but there's ways to achieve it. (other cogs have it) Can't you just make a raw request to the discord API?

Though there are third party libraries to extend d.py, Phen likely has his own plans.

Regarding raw requests, I'm only aware of buttons that can do this, but only for URLs, not actual discord functions when it comes to d.py 1.7.3. Course, someone is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong.
