Best practices for exporting from the peppol directory.

I want to get Peppol Directory business cards and document types (at least for my country) and build Peppol Directory for my app.
I don't have a good way to get the Peppol directory data.
Any good ideas?
∙ BusinessCardsXML is very slow to download.
・The REST API cannot return more than 1000 data.
・The REST API cannot search a range by registration date.

My ideas are as follows.
・Make the REST API searchable by md-creationdt range (combining the parameter country would almost solve the problem).
・Zip the BusinessCardsXML(not effective in the long run).

My idea may not be the only solution, since the difference record does not tell us which records were deleted.
