Update Patterns to Demo Block Helper

Issue

Default patterns are currently setting their pattern demo information as manual html. This causes an issue when viewing pattern usage. To simplify this, we've included a demo-block proton pattern. Legacy patterns should be updated to use this.

Confirmation

All default patterns will implement demo-block and include data to demonstrate usage. Update docs to include clarification on approach for protons here: demo-block is an exception to the rule of including protons in other patterns.
