Currently, the PLUS->TAKE SCREENSHOT feature uses org.gnome.shell.screenshot which may not be present in other DE.
For instance, in XFCE the default xfce4-screenshooter is not utilized, the OTP Client pops out an error.
The workaround is either to install org.gnome.shell.screenshot which is highly undesirable as XFCE is used to avoid Gnome in the first place, or take a screenshot manually and import it from file in PLUS->USING A QR CODE->From clipboard or file.

Not a big deal, but please could you redesign the app to either use a generic way to capture screenshot or support other common screenshooters.
