Hello,

I am using version 0.29.0 of sleuth (gene mode) and I am trying to acquire the scaled_reads_per_base to determine how much of the variance the 1st and 2nd principal components account for in the data generated in the PCA plot made in Sleuth. Moreover, I am also trying to perform a PERMANOVA on the data and would like to be able to extract the scaled_reads_per_base and put it in a matrix. Is this possible with the version of Sleuth that I have?

Thank you in advance!
