I have a Smart-seq3 data set in which I would like to quantify isoforms after collapsing UMIs. I think this could in principle be done in the kallisto | bustools pipeline, but as of kallisto v46.2, Smart-seq3 is not supported. I see a recent mention of support being planned: #235 (comment). Might I enquire as to the status of that feature implementation? I might have some time to put towards implementing the feature, if there is a way that I can help?
