Not sure how helpful this would be, since it doesn't include the "region" taxonomy, and you'd still need to parse HTML to get the data the same as you are now, but there is a mostly-hidden RSS feed for Shaw's outage posts: https://support.shaw.ca/tnofr44384/rss/boardmessages?board.id=service-updates
