So currently we are using semantic release as a realease workflow.

But it has a limitation that it doesn't work with version 0, like 0.0.1 ... so it would be nice to offer an alternative for semantic release.

So it would be nice to have an option called release_workflow with 3 options "semantic_release", "release_please", and "None" .. as semantic release as default
