Select all tasks/notes by one action in a filter

At the moment it's impossible to select many tasks/notes in a filter by one action and to do some changes with them like toggle a state, for example.

It needed for managing checklists, before usage of a checklist a user should uncheck all boxes and then start mark boxes. If the number of boxes is big it takes a lot of time to select tasks one by one.
