ECT simulation using PyEIT

Is it possible to implement the electrical capacitance tomography in PyEIT?
in ECT, the transmitter electrodes inject voltage while the receiver electrodes measure voltage.
And, the measurement pattern only uses two electrodes (for a single measurement pair).

Hi, I think the estimation of capacitance and impedance might be similar? i.e., complex-valued imaging? Please correct me if I am wrong.

BTW, there is a package called CEIT which on their paper, doing EIT imaging on conductive sheet.

Yes, capacitance can be derived from the impedance complex.
However, the main concern in ECT is the transmitter should inject the voltage instead of the current.
Then, the forward problem on pyEIT should be changed? I am not sure about this, whether it is already applied before or not.
