Consider reversing inscription nav arrows

You might be right.

This is a bit tricky though. Eventually we'll show multiple inscriptions on:

• Outputs (Actually there's already an example of this on signet)
• Sats
• Transactions
• Collection/creator pages

In the case of the home page, and /inscriptions, it makes sense to display them latest first, since we want to show a recent and changing selection of inscriptions. In these other contexts though, we might want to show them oldest to newest, in which case the left-right arrows wouldn't make sense.

I think of "earlier" as being left and "later" as being right, like left-to-right text, so that feels most natural to me. Curious what others think though.
