Describe the bug
I am trying to get the IR LEDs to not come on when in night mode. I'm not sure if its the setting but in the openmiko.conf located in the /config/overlay/etc I set DISABLE_LEDS=0 to 1. After saving and rebooting it stays the same

This is on a wyze cam v2. I have 2 and both are behaving the same. Also, on one of them RTSP isn't functioning. I can view the http:https://Your_Camera_IP:8080/?action=stream but not rtsp:https://Your_Camera_IP:8554/video3_unicast. Once after a reboot I was able to get RTSP working but after another restart it stopped functioning again.
