Add proper support for mjpg

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I cannot stream a MJPG to a remote service, however RTSP works ok, But that's not what I need for this project.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to stream to a remote service (In this case stream.remocon.tv), However ffmpeg will not work.
The output stream has to be MJPEG, All i get is "Requested output format 'mpegts' is not a suitable output format".
