Describe the bug

The quest lab hub module does not work correctly.
There is a button missing from the lab order form.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior

The system needs to be able to print labels for the lab orders.

  • Browser: All
  • OpenEMR version: 7.0.2
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
