Download Eclipse dependency from Maven #97

Eclipse (after many years) finally have their own Maven repository:

https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/releases/

Check if we could change our build to download artifacts from there (instead of installing Eclipse on a PC).

Note: the oldest versions of Eclipse may not be available there, we may need to drop support for old Eclipse versions.
